Refunds and Returns

There will be a 25% re-stocking fee for any refunds that are not being returned due to any other reason.

Customers will receive the refund once the purchased unit has been received at our Medz Industrial warehouses.

In order to claim a refund, you will also need to send us an email to support@medzindustrial.com for review of RMA.
